Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business across target markets
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance account management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• IaaS/PaaS or SaaS experience preferred
• Experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Relationship management experience to collect and communicate customer feedback
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
