Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive for Deel Talent in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Identify and understand client hiring needs to recommend appropriate Deel Talent solutions
• Deliver tailored demos of the Deel platform and maintain accurate records in the CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Customer Success, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, recruiting solutions, or global workforce platforms
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and working with external partners or talent networks is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation
