Key Responsibilities

• Own gross and net retention targets by driving renewal and upsell motions within enterprise accounts
• Lead strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of HRTech, Learning & Development, and talent management domains
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate change management processes in large organizations
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and data analysis to inform client strategies
