Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Personal Risk Service Center (Hybrid or Remote EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Managers with processing endorsements and creating insurance documents
  • Liaise with external carriers and manage electronic filing in the EPIC system
  • Prepare insurance-related documents and maintain client files according to office procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administration/operations and customer service experience
  • Experience in P&C insurance, particularly Personal Lines coverage, is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance and EPIC software is desired
  • P&C License required within six months of hire
