Job Description:
SharpContra is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Account Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and services. As a Client Account Representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to resolve issues, providing solutions, and building strong, long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
Monitor and manage account performance to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to upsell services or products to existing clients.
Assist with new client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward client needs.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
