Ab Initio Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AB Initio Developer to support a major banking client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support daily ETL job runs; debug and restart failed jobs as needed
• Implement minor enhancements and updates to existing ETL workflows
• Document all data transformations and business logic embedded in Ab Initio jobs
• Assist in the migration of ETL processes to AWS, using Spark and Scala where applicable

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Ab Initio development
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data and processing issues
