340B Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the 340B auditing software and tools
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure compliance
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS products
• Knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and auditing processes is highly desirable
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success
