Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits
  • Address customer needs, complaints, and service issues efficiently
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and meet call center metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
  • Experience in outbound sales is a plus
  • Must have a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities
  • Ability to type 40 WPM; 60 WPM preferred
  • Flexibility to work between 6 am PST - 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday
