Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager specializing in Advertising and Promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve advertising, promotional, and training materials
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new campaigns and product launches
• Monitor FDA/FTC activity, competitor advertising, and enforcement trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years in Regulatory Affairs within a regulated industry
• 5+ years of Ad Promo experience specific to pharma or consumer health products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Veeva
