Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality RN to join their Quality Team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Clinical Quality Director to support quality initiatives and conducts Root Cause Analyses of incident reports
• Tracks provider quality metrics, conducts RN ticket reviews, and provides feedback and education to improve performance
• Monitors provider and patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and ensures compliance with established standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered 50 state Registered Nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) strongly preferred
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in quality assurance and compliance
• Highly tech-savvy with experience in telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
