• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of medical office experience, with prior authorization experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet usage
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
