Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Manager (Field & Account Sales Lead).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies
• Manage existing and develop new partnerships within the foodservice/on-premise channel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and achieve key performance indicators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Category Development
• Proven track record of delivering on KPIs and strong execution skills
• P&L experience required
• Knowledge of customer businesses and industry trends in foodservice
