About the role:

Do you have a passion for pricing strategies and maximizing profitability? As a Pricing Manager (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will take ownership of our pricing activities for the Belgian market. Your goal? Optimize our prices to maximize both sales and margins. This role offers a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with different teams and make a direct impact on our business performance.

About your tasks:

• Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability
• Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth
• Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Country Management, Category Management and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights
• Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making

About you:

• You are experienced in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, ideally in an e-commerce or retail environment
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making. You possess strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python
• You have a proactive approach and a strategic yet hands-on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and improve
• You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills
• You can work remotely a lot if you like, but you are able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week

This position is planned as a part-time role with 20 hours per week.
While we’re currently not offering it as a full-time position, we’re open to flexibility: if you’re interested in working slightly more or fewer hours, feel free to apply anyway – we’d be happy to discuss what working hours suit you best.
