Challenges You Will Solve

We’re seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will be central to optimizing our marketing tech stack, enabling pipeline generation, and ensuring scalable processes are in place to support demand generation, ABM, and campaign execution across channels.

You’re equal parts systems thinker and hands-on executor. You thrive in high-growth environments, love solving complex problems with data, and have a passion for building scalable marketing processes. You understand how to connect strategy with systems and are energized by cross-functional collaboration. Your attention to detail, bias for action, and curiosity around marketing tech make you a go-to resource for turning great ideas into measurable results.

You’ll be the backbone of our marketing performance—ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined lead flow, and maximum efficiency from our systems and tools.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of our core marketing systems including Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), LeanData, and 6sense (or similar intent platforms)
  • Design and maintain scalable lead management processes—ensuring accurate tracking, scoring, routing, and attribution across channels
  • Partner with demand gen, digital, and ABM teams to operationalize campaign strategies, including building and QA'ing workflows, nurture streams, and integrations
  • Manage marketing data hygiene, enrichment processes, and database segmentation to improve targeting and performance
  • Monitor marketing funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel attribution to inform spend and content strategy
  • Collaborate with sales and RevOps to ensure data alignment, lead SLAs, and pipeline visibility across teams
  • Support quarterly planning and reporting processes by delivering insights on MQLs, pipeline influence, program ROI, and attribution accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing automation, process documentation, and marketing analytics

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in a marketing operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proficient user in Marketo and Salesforce CRM; experience with tools like LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Clearbit (or something similar)
  • Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics, attribution models, and performance reporting
  • Experience operationalizing demand gen and ABM programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional projects and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a love for process optimization
  • Experience with tools like Bizible, Tableau, Looker, or other BI/analytics platforms
  • Exposure to account-based marketing tactics and segmentation strategies
  • Understand privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in marketing data management

The targeted base salary for this role is $83,600 - $113,850 per year. This role is also eligible for participation in the company's bonus program, and eligible for a grant of stock options, subject to the approval of the company's board of directors. The application deadline is May 30th, 2025.
