Real Estate Closing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Closing Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Closing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan closing processes, including coordination of loan applications and negotiation of loan documents
• Oversee disbursement activities, including fee reconciliation and allocation of funds
• Utilize transaction management systems to maintain accurate data and ensure required approvals are secured pre-closing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in commercial real estate financing and a solid understanding of the loan closing process
• Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
