Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Officer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing
• Perform title examinations and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Create and revise title commitments and policies as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of title-related real estate experience
• Illinois title experience highly preferred
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications
