R&D Forecasting and Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Portfolio Forecasting and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in planning and delivery of resource forecasts and analyses, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement to align on resource algorithm assumptions and facilitate regular reviews
• Lead process enhancement efforts to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• BA/BS/BSc in sciences or management sciences, finance, economics, or related fields with strong analytical focus
• 5 years of work experience in life sciences or medically related fields, including 4+ years in biopharmaceutical clinical product development
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and data analysis
• Experience with resourcing applications and strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI)
