Precision Medicine Lead - Rare Disease

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area (TA) Lead - Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement translational and precision medicine strategies
• Set strategic vision for asset value enhancement through biomarker target identification and patient stratification
• Serve as the key liaison between research and development for clinical translational considerations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
• MD & PhD with 6+ years of industry and academic experience preferred
• Deep scientific expertise in integrating multiple data sources for precision medicine
• Experience in translational research and advancing clinical candidates
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements for biomarker development
