Receptionist - Luxury Automotive Dealership

Rallye Motor Company, a leader in luxury automotive sales and service for over 65 years, is seeking a full-time showroom receptionist for our Rallye Acura store! We take pride in delivering an exceptional customer service experience, and we are looking for a personable and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their visit is memorable and enjoyable. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Answering and directing all incoming calls professionally.
• Welcoming clients to the showroom and managing client flow.
• Assisting sales staff and management with various tasks.
• Facilitating lease returns and paperwork management.
• Performing data entry and maintaining organization.
• Supporting a varied range of administrative functions.

PAY RATE: $19-23 Per Hour

• Prior experience in a reception or administrative role; automotive reception experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in phone and computer operations; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel preferred.
