Administer the Quality Data Management System and oversee the Voice of the Customer Program
Develop and execute Corrective Action Plans in response to nonconformance reports
Coordinate activities with various managers to ensure timely data collection and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Five to seven years of Quality Management experience, with leadership roles preferred
Ability to obtain ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Must be CAC eligible and possess a valid US Passport
Experience with Process Development, Document Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Strong planning and organizational skills are essential
