Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software QA Analyst (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for multiple applications
• Perform various types of testing, including exploratory, functional, and regression testing
• Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and document defects

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on software QA experience
• Experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare or benefits administration, is a plus
• Proficient with test and defect tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps
• No formal degree required; bootcamp, self-taught, or equivalent experience is acceptable
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
