Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor internal calls for compliance with regulations and departmental requirements
• Assist in creating performance improvement recommendations and monitor sustained improvements
• Conduct member experience surveys and analyze results for reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft product suite and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace regulations
