Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clerical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, coordinate, assign, and return client reports while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain communication with the Clinical QA Department regarding workflow and report status, and track documentation of processes
• Review completed reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper formatting and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year clerical experience preferred
• Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
• Knowledge of general office equipment and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
