Creative Production Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Production Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in capturing and shaping the visual narrative of our company as an employer of choice by producing high quality photography, graphic and video productions.

Responsibilities

• Generating fresh visual content that effectively communicates our employer brand and contributes to a dynamic visual presence internally and externally;
• Staying abreast of design and social media trends, incorporating fresh content formats and best practices;
• Producing compelling images and videos that showcase our teams, values, events, workspaces, and overall company culture;
• Demonstrating attention to detail to ensure the visual representation is consistent with our brand identity;
• Editing photography and video content with precision and creativity to enhance visual appeal across diverse internal and external marketing channels and social media;
• Maintaining consistency in visual style while adapting content for different platforms;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Expertise in using professional-grade cameras and equipment;
• Knowledge of composition, lighting, and framing techniques to capture high-quality images;
• Excellent skills in image (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and video (e.g. Adobe After Effect, Final Cut Pro) editing software;
• Experience in shooting and recording video footage;
• Competency of video composition, storytelling, and visual sequencing;
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator for graphic design, overlays and the creation of brand elements;
• Knowledge of graphic design and 3D animation will be considered a plus;
