⭐ Join us as a Banking Operations Controller and play a pivotal role in our CBS reconciliation process at Qonto. Your mission will be to implement robust reconciliation processes for our core banking system, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Banking Operations Controller at Qonto, you will:
• Oversee end-to-end Core Banking System reconciliation process by coordinating the different departments involved (Bank operation, ledger, and treasury),
• Analyze the discrepancies detected on second-level control with Treasury and Bank Operations team,
• Being proactive by offering innovative solutions for the CBS reconciliation process on the finance side (including the monitoring of internal accounts, suspense accounts, and operational accounts),
• Support the Finance team in the implementation of the accounting allocation rules of the CBS transactions as part of a new ERP project,
• To be the first financial point of contact, for any operational development impacting the CBS (product launch, diversification of our banking partnerships, etc.).

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the Banking industry
• Strong understanding of banking systems and accounting processes, with experience in retail banking
• Proficiency in bank-specific reconciliation processes and cash flow management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to coordinate with various departments.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
