Role Summary:
This role is a key support person for the CDU, responsible for providing administrative support to all CDU teams and where required, to the Development Leadership. The role involves handling a wide range of tasks to help the CDU and Development Leadership stay organized, make informed decisions, and maintain focus on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to Development leadership team as required (e.g., meeting scheduling & coordination, workshops / offsite coordination, general communications)
- Manage the Head of CDU’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the Development Leadership Team and the CDU senior leaders, including accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
- Serve as a contact on behalf of the CDU Leadership, ensuring timely responses and effective information sharing.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive communications.
- Project & Administration Support:
- Provide cross-functional administrative support across CDU pillars
- Support all CDU Teams on projects and tasks as required, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain and organize all relevant documentation and records, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards.
- Schedule and prepare agendas for CDU meetings, ensuring timely distribution of minutes and follow-up on action items.
- Provide logistical support for events and meetings, completing all necessary arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on CDU initiatives.
- Liaise with other teams within Qiddiya and teams to ensure smooth operations and communication flow.
- Support a positive culture of collaboration and support of the Qiddiya vision and values.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a relevant sector.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in executive support, preferably in a development or organizational growth-focused unit.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
