Two important additional notes:
1. Operational Transition. Currently, many clerical tasks are handled by office staff members.
Shortly after this hire, we plan to bring on full-time offshore administrative support to take on the
bulk (approximately 80%) of these clerical responsibilities. The new hire will play a key role in
transitioning these tasks to the offshore assistant, and will oversee their work going forward. The
new hire will retain responsibility for the 20% of clerical tasks that must be handled in person or
cannot be outsourced. Additionally, they will be expected to delegate routine scheduling and
billing tasks where possible, freeing up time to focus on higher-level responsibilities, team
coordination, and process improvements.
2. Organizational Culture and Growth Opportunities. The company is a small
organization (including the new hire, three full time employees and one part time employee) with
an entrepreneurial spirit and a growing vision. We’re currently working to expand our impact by
educating the broader Jewish community about our services.
Our plans include enhancing our website, developing more online and video content, and
strengthening our presence on social media. While the new hire’s core responsibilities will center
on office management and scheduling, we’re also seeking someone who brings fresh creativity,
initiative, and a willingness to contribute to broader organizational growth.
