QA System Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Architect, QA and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable QA strategies and frameworks for a fast-paced startup environment
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Drive rigorous testing across all product releases and represent QA in high-level discussions with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive QA experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive hands-on experience in building QA frameworks and automating tests in dynamic environments
• Mastery of automation tools such as PyTest, Selenium, or Cypress
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for developing test scripts
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
