Strategic Operations & Creative Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Strategic Operations & Creative Associate who can operate across business development and creative functions. This person will work directly with our Business Development Director and support special projects across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker: highly resourceful, strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and follows through with flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Business Development Director to support daily operations, campaigns, and new initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead on idea generation, creative briefs, branding strategies, and content planning
  • Analyze data across various platforms (e.g., sales, marketing, product performance) and translate insights into strategic action plans
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support product launches, campaigns, or partnerships
  • Own project execution from idea to implementation—manage timelines, coordinate across departments, and track deliverables
  • Draft reports, presentations, and proposals for internal or client-facing use
  • Support the CEO’s vision by handling ad hoc projects that span multiple business areas
  • Act as the “glue” between creative and operational teams, ensuring alignment and momentum
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage priorities in a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment
  • Proven experience in a hybrid role touching both creative and business areas (e.g., project management, strategy, content, marketing)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and quick to adapt to new challenges
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar
  • Bonus: Background in eCommerce, SaaS, branding, or business development
  • Must be willing to work full-time in Pacific Time Zone (PST) schedule
  • Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.
