KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Insights: Track audience behavior, emerging trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Performance Analysis: Review and interpret campaign and content performance data to generate actionable recommendations.
- Creator Strategy: Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships; write compelling creator briefs aligned to brand goals.
- Content Support: Write marketing copy (social captions, hooks, campaign messaging) and help guide content direction.
- Social Management: Occasionally post and manage content across platforms when needed.
- Campaign Execution: Support influencer activations and broader marketing initiatives to grow awareness and engagement.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with leadership on planning, testing, and executing marketing strategies.
- Reporting & Optimization: Deliver regular performance insights and suggest new directions to keep campaigns effective and evolving.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a marketing analyst or in a related analytical role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media analytics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with content management systems and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating impactful content.
- Knowledge of the supplements industry and e-commerce trends is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
