A company is looking for a remote Psych Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new clients
• Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments while managing referrals from pediatric groups
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate client records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of medical office experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Gmail products
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
