PAY: $18.20 plus 3rd shift $3 differential
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dock Coordinator to join our warehouse team. The Dock Coordinator will work closely with the Move Order Board Administrator, Auditors, and Loaders to ensure that trucks are loaded with properly audited material in a timely manner. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate communication and coordination between different teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the dock, as well as managing the Surgere Portals for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Move Order Board Administrator to gather and utilize information from the move order board and manifest board to efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks.
Set and manage the Surgere Portals to accurately reflect IN/OUT status, ensuring seamless tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Follow guidelines on pulling ahead to fill trucks, ensuring that loading and unloading processes are conducted in a timely and organized manner.
Request auditor support for next-truck/Hot Truck material, minimizing interference and maintaining a streamlined workflow for all involved teams.
Work closely with auditors to ensure that all loading materials have been properly audited and adhere to company and industry standards.
Support the loading and unloading teams by providing necessary resources and guidance, ensuring the smooth functioning of dock operations.
Coordinate and communicate with other teams to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loading and unloading processes.
Monitor and maintain dock safety, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
Direct outbound kits to the appropriate lanes, ensuring that they are accurately tracked and directed for unloading.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the SEP Supervisor.
Fill out Standard Work on a daily basis.
Direct dock coordinators
Have fork lift driving experience or willingness to learn.

- Be proficient with Microsoft Office
