Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Support Specialist - Centralized Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with treatment-related issues
• Manage new member workflows, including check-in/out, drug screens, and prescription follow-ups
• Accurately enter and update prescription information and member demographics in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technology
• Experience with EMR systems and fluency with Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services suitable for remote work
