The role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping impactful experiences for all Prosparians. You’ll partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving exceptional performance outcomes while strengthening our values-driven culture. You’ll act as a change agent, helping teams navigate organisational shifts, introducing fresh ideas, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real difference and contribute to the success of both our people and our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with leaders to align people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
  • Leading engagement initiatives, analysing survey data, and collaborating with leaders to improve engagement and reinforce our values-driven culture.
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Coaching leaders through performance review cycles and development planning.
  • Using people data to provide actionable insights and proactive recommendations.
  • Ensuring people systems and documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
  • Supporting remuneration efforts, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and the annual compensation cycle.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience as a business partner or generalist, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and local compliance laws
  • Skilled in managing employee relations and supporting performance management
  • Comfortable working with data to drive actionable insights
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and a passion for embracing new challenges
