Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to work collaboratively with technical leads to prepare winning proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings and manage proposal schedules
• Develop strategy discussions and lead the creation of proposal content
• Coordinate proposal reviews and manage proposal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in preparing architectural and engineering proposals
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and local proposal submission requirements
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
