About The Role 

Generative AI is transforming code development, and data transformation is the next frontier for massive productivity gains. At Prophecy, we specialize in this space, where code and data context converge. Unlike traditional tools built for software engineers, we empower business data users through low-code solutions. By combining AI, systems programming, and an intuitive UX, we are redefining data transformation, making it faster, smarter, and more accessible.

In this position, your responsibilities include

• Hands-on technical leadership: Designing, developing, and deploying features based on Generative AI. You will act as the technical expert in LLMs, RAGs, NLP, and AI infrastructure and tune models for the performance characteristics required for various features. 
• Team leadership: Work with a strong technical team, with members in both the US and Bangalore. You will guide the team toward shipping high-quality solutions.
• Customer collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design partners (some of the world’s leading enterprises) to build solutions that push the boundaries of what business teams can achieve with data.

What You'll Need

• You’ve taken multiple AI-based products from ideation to customer adoption and delivery of customer value.
• Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
• You have hands-on experience with inference Generative AI – a strong background in LLMs, NLP, RAG, and knowledge graphs
• You’ve worked on products that have included one or more of
• Code generation machine learning products (similar to Codex) or worked on text-to-SQL problems
• End-to-end semantic information extraction systems
• Knowledge graphs or done data modeling using graph databases such as Neo4j
• End-to-end real-time ML-enabled products
• Bachelors or above degree in CS or equivalent and 8-10 years of experience, master's or PhD preferred.
