About the Role

As Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our clients’ loyalty programmes. Working closely with the Customer Success team and clients, you will analyse programme performance, spot opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise loyalty programmes across multiple enterprise clients.
  • Act as a loyalty expert, advising clients and the Customer Success team on best practices in customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor programme performance, analysing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align loyalty strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop insight-driven recommendations to enhance programme effectiveness, using data and industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with loyalty trends, technologies, and competitor programmes to ensure our solutions remain market-leading.
  • Support the development of customised client reports, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Help design and implement testing strategies, including A/B testing and segmentation, to optimise customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with clients’ internal marketing teams, helping them refine and evolve their loyalty strategies.

The Ideal Candidate…

  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience running large-scale loyalty programmes in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty marketing, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and using insights to drive programme optimisation.
  • Experience working with customer lifecycle strategies, segmentation, and personalisation.
  • Commercially aware, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in loyalty programme performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a loyalty tech, martech, or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
