Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery by coordinating the cross-functional project team
• Facilitates information collection and maintains documentation for team deliverables and milestones
• Tracks project budgets, vendor supplies, and assists in preparing Change Orders

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field plus 2+ years of clinical research experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in clinical research or project management preferred
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA guidance documents
• Familiarity with project management terminology and guidelines
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite required
