Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workflow of up to 4 analysts in the North America Specialty reserving process
• Review outputs of the Monthly and Quarterly AvE process and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support annual audit reviews for North America Specialty products

Required Qualifications

• General Insurance Reserving Experience, ideally ACAS or FCAS certified
• Managerial Experience with strict deadlines related to financial reporting
• Experience in coordinating multiple workstreams with various deadlines
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes
• Ability to foster a team culture of innovation and process improvement
