Lead and support the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) team, ensuring effective implementation and upgrades
Manage ongoing maintenance and operational support of EDMS infrastructure, including on-premises and Azure cloud environments
Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide training and documentation for users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience in EDMS/ECM
Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience with OpenText eDOCS EDMS in a leadership or technical role
3 to 5 years of systems analysis/programming experience with large-scale implementations and upgrades
Experience with server environments, including on-premises and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with project management principles as defined by PMI's PMBOK standards is a plus
