Serve as a liaison with leadership to ensure the completion of long-range plans and tactical initiatives
Manage and oversee all aspects of the program and related projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
Create and manage overall financials, including budgeting and forecasting for all projects under the program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar discipline from an accredited college or university
5-7 years of directly related experience
Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management experience is desirable
PMP Certification is desirable; other certifications such as MPM or CSM are preferred
Knowledge of project management methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile
