Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead an initiative supporting the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle leadership across all MODES III activities, including stakeholder engagement and digital strategy
• Oversee a multidisciplinary contractor team, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and performance metrics
• Manage execution of Agile development and IT sustainment across user-centered digital platforms

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
• Experience overseeing a contract close to $200M USD and managing 75+ full-time employees
• A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs
