• Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence, including data architecture
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and UiPath
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMIO-SCP, or SAFe Agilist
• Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a passion for AI/automation
