Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality products
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress while managing project status and stakeholder communication
• Administer JIRA and Confluence, customizing workflows and providing support to users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate team collaboration
• Experience in conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative team environment
