• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software implementation experience
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in technology implementations
• Technical proficiency to understand and configure software systems
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
