Professional Learning Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Learning Operations Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain schedules for Professional Learning Consultants (PLCs), ensuring all sessions are assigned and confirmed
  • Coordinate last-minute changes and substitutions, clearly communicating updates to consultants and stakeholders
  • Provide real-time support for consultants through Slack, responding to scheduling inquiries and operational concerns promptly
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce for scheduling, operations, or administrative support
  • Prior experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms
  • Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
