Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Development Content Designer (AI Programs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create a comprehensive professional development framework for AI integration in K-12 education
• Lead course development and modernization for AI platform partnerships while ensuring alignment with educational principles
• Evaluate and refine professional development courses based on educator feedback and adult learning theory

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in K-12 education, including 3+ years in developing professional development programs
• Experience with AI tools in K-12 contexts and understanding their educational implications
• Strong foundation in adult learning theory and professional development best practices
• Proven project management skills for handling multiple concurrent projects
