Online Adjunct Instructor in Cannabis

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Instructor in Hemp/Cannabis Science, Production, Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engagement in 5-week undergraduate-level courses in hemp/cannabis science, policy, and production
• Teach courses asynchronously with an average of 20 students per course
• Provide timely feedback and engage in Discussion Board tasks while being responsive to students

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree with coursework in hemp/cannabis science, cannabis production, or cannabis policy, or related discipline; or substantial professional experience
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the institution
• Experience teaching adult learners and/or in an online context is preferred
