Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer (Blockchain).

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train business clients on the staking process and services
• Provide technical support by addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Communicate updates and enhancements to the staking platform and maintain a knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical customer support experience in a B2B software company
• Proven experience with API troubleshooting and software implementation
• Experience with Postman or another API testing tool
• 1+ year of experience in web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
