Key Responsibilities

• Develop persona-specific playbooks and field toolkits, including talk tracks and objection handling guides
• Maintain and evolve pitch decks to ensure they are compelling and aligned with product advancements
• Launch and manage onboarding and continuous training paths for the sales team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement, preferably in technology or AI
• Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
• Experience in creating persona-specific sales playbooks and sales collateral
• Strong understanding of sales cycles and buyer journeys
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking the effectiveness of enablement programs
